DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT

The present study explore the interrelation between physiotherapy skill and the multi operational table to improve functional capacity and threshold to the maximum for optimum performance .The multi operational physiotherapy table can be useful in treatment of cervical ,lumbar disorder with also tilting mechanism and also as handicap chair apart from the adjustable traction angle to improve efficiency and effectiveness of treatment. The physiotherapist is involved in a complex decision making process in order to give an effective treatment which consider the whole patient and his environment .This can be achieved by biomechanical and muscular skeleton aspects involved to increase the intensity components of exercise skill by correct application of physiotherapy modality. The skilled physiotherapy possess the ability to gain the cooperation of the patient to make the appropriate techniques to implement and evaluate the treatment plan effectively, thus leading the patient towards complete or optional independence.
