The project was lauded both in academia and industry for the meticulousness of the design and the practicality of its application. Graded as one of the best projects in the department, the idea behind it has stemmed multiple new branches of design and manufacturing advancements; which aim to further improve upon the scalability and optimization of the robot. The design methodology and the decision making process in its entirety has been recorded in excessive detail; in addition, a brief explanation on the pros and cons of the possible alternatives has also been presented. An analysis of all major design considerations has been laid out in terms of the effect on cost, application, manufacturing complexity and the impact on the original objectives to facilitate the reader to better appreciate the stages of development involved in the project.

The authors graduated in mechanical engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology, Pakistan. They are currently employed as design engineers and are working on the development and analysis of mechanical systems in aeronautics and power sector
