Design and Fabrication of Single Phase Transformer Trainer

This project describes the Design and Fabrication of a single phase transformer trainer for testing of small single phase transformers. This trainer will be very useful for students to practice the typical experiments of the small transformers. This makes the learning process easier. Typical transformer experiments which can be performed by using this trainer, along with their methodology, have been provided.

M. Shahzad Aziz received his MS degree from the National University of Sciences and Technology, Islamabad, Pakistan. He is currently a laboratory Engineer at Pakistan institute of Engineering and Technology, Multan. His current research interest focuses on the design and fabrication of efficient transformers for special purposes.
