This thesis investigates the development and optimization of Boron Neutron Capture Therapy (BNCT). The aim of the study is to design neutron beam shaping assemblies for three different neutron sources based on C18/18 cyclotron, DD and DT neutron generators using advanced Monte-Carlo methods. The findings contribute to enhancing the therapeutic efficacy and safety profile of BNCT, supporting its future integration into personalized oncology treatment protocols.
