Design approach of a PMO within the Ministry of Health-Mozambique

Being a project manager is not limited to observing facts, but to analyze, investigate and create things, as an example, this book, its results will serve for the creation of a Project Management Unit (PMO) for the Ministry of Health of Mozambique. For this purpose, it is important to make a research in this book, where you can identify the level of maturity of the organization in project management to ensure good practices and achieve excellence.The overall objective of the implementation is to design a Project Management Unit that generates the necessary project management processes to meet the strategic requirements of the Ministry of Health of Mozambique, for effectiveness through compliance with procedures and standards in PMO models.It is expected to obtain the standards of project management processes, assignment of roles and functions of the PMU, aligned to the processes generated in plans and policies of the organization. Create the necessary competence to guarantee the follow-up and control according to the model.
