Design of a computer network using structured cabling

This book originated from a postgraduate monograph on computer networks and aims to establish the minimum criteria for the design of structured internal telecommunications networks in commercial buildings, regardless of their size. To this end, the reader is presented with all the steps used to design a Computer Network in accordance with standard NBR 14565:2000, and the entire theoretical basis is grounded in books by authors of great importance in the field of Computer Networks.

Autorentext

Graduated in Computer Engineering from UNILINS - Centro Universitário de Lins, with a specialization in Computer Networks from ESAB - Escola Superior Aberta do Brasil and a Master's degree in Computer Science from UNESP/São José do Rio Preto. He works as a professor at technical and higher education institutions in the city of Lins-SP and the surrounding region.
