Design of 200t capacity All terrain Mobile Crane is performed under this publication. Various design steps and integrated Hydraulic Systems and Pneumatic Systems for Crane Actuators are introduced under the strategy of Total Electronic Control. Computer Aided models of each and every section is generated with the help of Analytical and Numerical Stress Analysis. Analytical calculations are justified through numerical simulations and accuracy is compared. Flow efficient hydraulic pipe routing are done through the Computer Aided Design Package to produce real time routing data for manufacture. New concepts of Gear Shifting mechanisms and Hydraulic Braking Systems are also introduced. Mechanical reports for Finite Element Analysis are also included with the package.

He is also an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers INDIA. He has a wide industrial experience in Mobile Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems and Aircraft Maintenance along with Computer Aided Design.
