Design of analog to digital converter using 180nm CMOS technology

The book provides lucid explanation about the analog to digital converter, applications and different types of ADCs. The flash ADC is designed by using two systems. The First proposed system contains track and hold circuit, Comparator, DCVSPG EXOR and 10T Full Adder Encoder. The second proposed system contains track and hold circuit, Comparator and Priority Encoder. The blocks of the ADCs are designed with the 180nm CMOS technology. This text is an excellent reference for anyone involved in the area of using CMOS technology.
