Design of Wide Band Hybrid Coupler

The thesis work is about the Design of Wide Band Hybrid Coupler using Agilent Design Software.This project discusses about how to obtain broader bandwidth using a Hybrid coupler.It has been built using strip line configuration.Initially Literature survey has been conducted. Electromagnetic analysis was performed to calculate the currents on the surface. Theoretical and practical results were calculated and compared,suitable reasons were provided in this case. This project gives the researchers a good insight about what is a hybrid coupler.It also enables them to build hybrid coupler using transmission line methods like micro strip, coupled line couplers etc.
