Welding is the most convenient method for joining two similar or dissimilar materials. Now a days quality of product and precision of work are necessary factors of production. So for increasing production of welding products and quality, automation is necessary. Design of work holding device will be done for welding cylindrical stainless steel handles by TIG welding to get accurate and precision of weld part and also for increasing the productivity. To develop this type of SPM required engineering approach. To design this special purpose machine we have made a design in solidworks software. There is three phase of motion analysis animation, basic motion and force analysis. If we complete the project the welding quality will be increased. Production of SS handles will be increased.
