DESIGN PATENTING

This methodical manual is written for students preparing to master the art of design. The textbook is written in the form of an explanation based on the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan "On Patents". Firstly, we read in the law: "This Law regulates property relations arising in connection with the creation, legal protection and use of inventions, utility models and industrial designs in the territory of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as personal non-property relations related to them".
