Design, Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Novel Azole Derivatives

The synthesized compounds evaluated for antimicrobial, in-vitro cytotoxicity and acetylcholinesterase inhibitor activity. The synthesized compounds produced weak, moderate and potent pharmacological action, some of the designed compounds produced potently pharmacological action when compared with current therapeutic agents. The synthesized compounds purified by recrystallization and chromatography techniques.
