Design & Implementation of Planetary Rover
Details
Our project is aimed to initiate the study of planetary rover and space exploration process. In accordance to our rover, it contained three main sectors, rover mobilization system, payload system and robot arm. Former referenced to the rocker bogie suspension system. Six DC motors are used and controlled by servo motor drivers that received signal from Arduino Mega 2560. Turning right/left and forward/backward mobilization are controlled by transmitter AT9. For the second sector, rover is implemented by two sensor modules, temperature and humidity sensors and gas sensor. The sensing data are transmitted to ground station by using transmitter module.
