Detection of LC Change using RS and GIS at Goz Rum Area, South Sudan

Many farmers all over the world are using their land well and in a sustainable manner, based on generations of experience. Others are doing the same on the basis of extension advice or experimental results. But in many places, new lands are cleared for agricultural purpose, then the land use and soils will be changed greatly because of the people activities or economic pressures. LC/LC change becomes an essential factor to update strategic planning for changes detection on the land use and natural resources management.

Khamis H.D. Kak nasceu a 11/02/1982 no Sul do Sudão. Em 2006, obteve o grau de licenciatura em Solos e Bioquímica na Faculdade de Agricultura e Recursos Naturais da Universidade de Gezira, Sudão. Em 2011, ingressou na Universidade do Alto Nilo como assistente de ensino.
