Job satisfaction hinges on a productive and accomplishing relationship between employee, their company and their productivity. The objective of this book is to explore factors that influence job satisfaction in Ethiopian Private commercial banks in Addis Ababa city. The study investigated the nature of work, workplace environment, recognition, motivation, promotion opportunities and benefit packages as the antecedents of job satisfaction. The results showed significant positive association between the nature of work, workplace environment, recognition, motivation, promotion and benefits and job satisfaction.
