Determinants of Small & Micro Enterprises Access to Credit Facilities
Details
As it has been repeatedly said by so many writers, Micro and small scale businesses are catalysts in the socio - economic development of any country. They speed up the achievement of Economic Growth & Development objectives in terms of employment generation at lower investment cost and enhancement of practical training in almost many developing countries. It has been a strategy of government of Ethiopia to strengthen MSSE's to make these enterprises successful in their performances which is supposed to supplement the economic growth and development of a country. In doing so there are a number of supports the government is giving to capacitate them among which credit facility is the major one. However as different researchers stated they are not supported by enough financial services and as a result most potential such sectors are disabled from contributing to the growth and development goals.
