As semiconductor devices scale down to nanoscale,
quantum transport simulation becomes more necessary
to predict the electrical characteristics of
devices. In this book, a new quantum transport
simulator - Schrodinger Equation Monte Carlo-3D
(SEMC-3D) has been introduced. SEMC-3D has the
capability to handle nanoscale 3D geometry and
several scattering processes. How to develop SEMC-3D
has been described in this book in detail. For
people who are interested in understanding or even
developing quantum transport simulator, this book is
