The purpose of this book is to achieve the projected management performance level; the company needs to formulate well-structured and formulated business objectives that would involve the operational, financial and human resource aspects of business management. This will provide managers to differentiate a product by innovation; excellent customer's that give the company a competitive advantage over its rivals by keeping its value chain operation lean and efficient so that it can continue to pursue its low-cost strategy is the challenge facing many mangers to develop the right business model. As a leader it is critical to set stretch goals and challenge individuals to generate urgency for change. Strong communication is also necessary to ensure that demands and stretch goals are properly understood. Clearly communicating expectations are all important elements in building urgency. It stands to reason that if an organization can create a sense of urgency and then maintains it over time, it has the potential for very high performance.
