Development and implementation of (qc) quality circle programme

In this research, the researcher had developed and implemented a Quality circle programme for developing the problem-solving skill among the students and make them efficient to solve their problems by their own rather than criticised others for their problems. This programme based on ground reality where students will find their problems, categorises them and find the solutions by extracting the root causes of the major problem.
