Development of 21st Century Skills for the Digital Economy in Malaysia

The Malaysian Education System is continuously being reformed to improve and create the ecosystem conducive for effective Teaching and Learning (T&L) of 21st century skills to improve graduate employability. This study provides a preliminary set of emerging challenges in the T&L of 21st century skills leading to the need for understanding modern learners, the instructional design, modern learning environments and ways in which industries can be involved in the T&L process especially in Higher Learning. I hope this initial study provides valuable insights into sharing the responsibility as citizens in building Malaysia's Digital Economy.

Elle a 15 ans d'expérience dans l'enseignement et l'apprentissage en tant que membre du personnel académique et coordinatrice de programme à l'école de commerce du groupe Sunway Education en Malaisie.
