Development of a very excellent anti-HIV modified nucleoside, EFdA

A genearl idear for the development of excellent anti-viral modified nucleosides based on the mutation of viruses has been proposed. An extremely excellent anti-HIV modified nucleoside (EFdA) has been developed based on the general idea and four fairy simple working hypothese. The author wishes that this book could inspire you to start working on difficult problems that have been assumed impossible to solve.

Hiroshi Ohrui se doctoró (1971) en la Universidad de Tokio. Ingresó en RIKEN (1966) y se trasladó a la Universidad de Tohoku (1981). Trabajó para el Dr. J. J. Fox en el Sloan-Kettereing Instituto de Investigación del Cáncer (1972-73) y para el Dr. J. G. Moffatt en Syntex Reserach. Ha recibido varios premios, entre ellos el Academia Japonesa Proze.
