Development of Acai Yoghurt

The relevance of yoghurt to human health is of considerable value and one of the factors of choice, as it regulates digestive functions and its excellent source of amino acids contributes to muscle tissue repair and energy production, skin and bone healing, a natural antidepressant, muscle tissue repair, among others. However, it's important to point out that yoghurt is more digestive than milk, as its characteristic acidity stimulates digestive enzymes that facilitate gastric digestion.
