Globalization has been the order of past decade and continues to be in the future. The industries of all fields, especially power have been facing stiff competition from various sides. This project has been done in order to provide competitive edge to the power industry by making high quality products with shorter lead time and also less cost and main power involving. Design and development design of the transportation systems to transport the heavy pipe object from one place to another by using Electrical Automated (Trolley) in Bharat Heavy Electrical Limited (BHEL) in this project To develop the existing design and then easily transport the heavy metal objects from header shop (BAY 129) to painting section (BAY 1118) and reduce the man power and easily move the heavy metal object, in some cases to reduce the breakdown of trolley by using the advance techniques.

Mr.G.Manikandan completed his Bachelor degree in Automobile Engineering followed by Master programme in Thermal Engineering. His current area of interest is associated with welding, thermal analysis in current real-time applications. He has many publications in reputed platform by undertaking keen analysis of industry associated welding problems.
