Development of High Capacity Cell Banks

The work was performed to improve manufacturing seed
train by establishing high-capacity cell banks
enabling direct thawing in Wave bags.
The prepared cell bank showed that the cell bank
performance with cells expanded in the perfusion wave
bag is comparable to the performance of cell
banks prepared by following the standard protocol.
This work provides information and solutions for all
the major issues related to the
preparation and use of high capacity cell banks.

Die Autorin wurde am 31.10.1983 in Kitzbühel, Österreich,geboren, wo sie auch von 1990-1994 die Volksschule besuchte.Daran anschließend besuchte sie das BG/BORG in St. Johann i.T.und das IMC-Krems, wo sie am 16.06.2006 die Prüfung zur Dipl.Ing. (FH) erfolgreich ablegte. Die Autorin ist verheiratet,bislang noch keine Kinder.
