Development of National Strategy and Doctrine of Republic of Bulgaria

Major General (Ret.) Assoc. Prof. Grudi Angelov, PhD, born on Sept 10, 1965 in Haskovo, held positions from platoon commander to Commandant of the Bulgarian National Defense College. He earned his PhD in 2018 and, since October 2022, has been an associate professor at ULSIT.
