Development of National Tourism in Uzbekistan

In this paper, the most important aspect of this article is that it provides detailed information about the sacred sites in the Kashkadarya oasis, considered a southern region of Uzbekistan. The significance of these holy sites in developing the republics tourism and their precise geographic locations are clearly outlined. Additionally, the article offers the most reliable information about ancient pilgrimage sites that were previously unknown, including when and by whom they were established, as well as their role in the local communities way of life. Special attention is given to the decisions made during the years of independence aimed at developing the country's tourism sector, which have greatly contributed to the reconstruction of such sites in their original form.
