Development of public and private pension scheme in Albania until 2011

To analyze the reform of the pension system in Albania, it is worth mentioning that pension is the amount of income offered to the contributors under an agreement, to take advantage of regular income when due to objective reasons (age or health conditions) are withdrawn from their active economic life. By analyzing the micro and macro indicators, is tended to highlight that reforming of the pension system is the final goal to secure a more financial peaceful life for the third age of population.
