Development of technology for production of complex castings at LHM

The monograph deals with the literature review of methods and equipment for improving the technology of gasifiable models, the study of polystyrene, suspension polystyrene, properties, the influence of paint on the quality of casting; improving the technology of model making, assembly of polystyrene foam models, improving the design of moulds, making polystyrene foam models in single production, preparation of polystyrene foam models for moulding. The results of research of the character of interaction between heat carrier and dispersed particles are presented. The monograph is intended for scientific and engineering workers of metallurgical and machine-building industry, doctoral, master's and university students.

Elena Petrovna Shcherbakova was born on 7 October 1984 in Karaganda region of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Russian, higher education. Currently, Shcherbakova E.P. has published more than 80 scientific and educational works, including 3 monographs, 2 textbooks, 5 patents of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
