In the present work author transformed the construct in cotton through Agrobacterium Mediated Transformation for Develop a Transgenic Plant against sap sucking pest followed by its molecular analysis.The technique involved in the present study are;- Cloning , Electrophoresis, Restriction Digestion,Ligation, Plasmid isolation , Electroproation ,Agrobacterium Mediataed Transformation ,Somatic Embryogenisis,Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDSPAGE),
