Diary of the End. Life is a Story - story.one

What would you do if you had two weeks left to live? Teenager Sadie is sent home out of the blue one day, only to find out that world will end in two weeks. Confronted with her own mortality, Sadie looks for her purpose in life. Using her new journal to document her journey, she will question what it means to live, and who she is, as she is faced with the fact that everyone must die eventually. Looking for her answers, Sadie will find lots of new experiences, and maybe even some romance. As her world falls apart around her, and everything she knows changes, Sadie must muddle through her own mind to find the answers to the questions she is asking.

My name is Katura McDowell. Im 18 and a freshman in college this year. I have always loved to read since I was little. Wherever I was, I was always with a book, even at things like amusement parks. My love of reading is what fostered my love for writing, and I hope to become and author some day. Ive taken lots of writing classes and been in clubs, but I still have a lot to learn. I have lived in a lot of different places, as my father is in the military. I was born in South Dakota, USA. For the past three years however my family has lived in Germany. We traveled a lot and I have seen so many cool things. I wanted to write a book about struggling with the concept of life, and the fact that we all will die. I am proud to have my first ever book finally written.
