Diatribe: A Panoramic View of the Essays

From a Diatribe, the text shows the Essays as Theoretical Constructions from the Sharing of Knowledge. Methodologically, it was channeled by the documentary design, supported by the Bibliographic research, which allowed the search, compilation, organization and critical evaluation of the Theoretical Constructs, which are the product of the authors' knowledge, as a result of their postgraduate studies at the Universidad Psicología Industrial Dominicana. Ontologically, they characterize the elaboration of the essay, the Axiological, inserts the collaborative vision of sharing and facilitating information for the construction of knowledge. The Teleological, orients towards synderesis: Essay - Research Practice - Strategic Planning.
