The didactic inadequacies revealed in the approach to the educational reality of teaching in the Manzanillo branch of the Medical Sciences constituted the starting point for undertaking a research process that would allow students of Health Technology courses to learn the contents of the neuroendocrine interrelationship in the subject General Morphophysiology. The research was oriented towards the following objective: Proposal of a didactic alternative that has as its nucleus the integration of neuroendocrine contents through a computerised teaching medium to favour the learning of the subject Homeostasis and Regulation of the subject General Morphophysiology in Health Technology courses. The study units corresponding to the population were represented by students from the different degree courses and the sample corresponded to 53 students from these degree courses. Once the didactic alternative had been developed, it was subjected to evaluation by the specialists and its application in educational practice, the results of which showed the feasibility of its implementation.
