the result of the research carried out, through the use of different research methods, on the linking of the teaching-learning of the History of Angola with the local history. The theoretical-methodological foundations are presented, which together with the results of the empirical research carried out, made possible the elaboration and implementation of a didactic conception for the teaching-learning process of the subject. The didactic conception is characterized by establishing the link between the History of Angola and local history and its interdisciplinarity with Anthropology, which contributes to the teaching-learning process at the Higher Institute of Social Service. The didactic conception was submitted to the criteria of specialists and was put into practice through a pre-experiment with positive results in its application.
