Living things are in need of energy for function. Energy needs to grow, reproduce move and to work. Foods are major way of getting energy. So, foods are one of main physiological need for humans. Think of what will happen if someone happened to stay for three days without food. Eating is an enjoyable thing. But, it should consider about health when enjoying with foods. Food type and quantity is very important. Chick pea may be healthy. But, quantity that is good for you may be very large. Cake may be enjoyable. But, quantity that is healthy for you is small. Eat all the foods you enjoy. But, the key is to do it in adequate quantities.
