Differences and complementarity

Strategic management and operational management are two aspects of managementmanagement focused on the search for results according to a deadline or a determined period.Strategic management is dedicated to long-term actions.Operational management is reserved for the short term.Each of these two management disciplines has a remarkable identity that we must explore in order to better differentiate them: this is the essence and the reason for the choice of our research, which we are going to decipher in the following pages.
