Different Solar Potential Co-ordinates of Pakistan

This book is an endeavor to study different solar potential co-ordinates of Pakistan. First chapter of it intends to introduce the climate of Pakistan and its influences over the solar radiation. It covers deep insight study of the solar radiation budget of Pakistan, Global Horizontal Irradiation (GHI), Direct Normal Irradiation (DNI) and solar Potential of the four provinces of Pakistan. Second chapter covers the scope of the global & Pakistan's solar potential and comprehensive study of the maps showing solar irradiation of the different co-ordinates of the country with respect of different seasons. It also covers comparison between the lower and high radiation regions, Solar on grid installed capacity and largest up front tariff of the solar PV projects in Pakistan. Third chapter continues to discuss in detail the future of the solar power in Pakistan. It covers the solar power projects financing,Prospects of solar energy in Pakistan and role of solar power projects in the future electricity demand of the country. Fourth and last chapter covers greenhouse gas emissions of Pakistan and role of the solar PV and Concentrated Solar Power (CSP) technology to save the environment.
