In this understanding of the frailty of the elderly, the importance of nursing care lies, as a tool to gain their trust, relieving their fears and anxiety by providing humanized and quality care. Thus aiming to analyze the nursing care for elderly patients affected by femur fracture, performed by nurses of a reference hospital in traumatology in the city of João Pessoa / PB.
