Digital Information Seeking Behaviour of Engineering Faculty Members

Today we are living in an information world where we depend so much on information in our day-to-day life. This has come about because of the tremendous scientific and technological progress and the accompanying stresses and strains of society. So much information is being generated that we are confronted with "information exposition", "Information Pollution" and "exponential growth of Information. Information seeking behavior is mainly concerned with who needs what kind of information and for what reasons; how information is found, evaluated and used, and how there needs can be identified and satisfied.
