Digital Twins for Innovative Service and Business Models

Digital Twins gather a great volume of information and transfer a real object or process to a digital copy. Smart data collection provides many opportunities. This paper is about these unused opportunities and how they can be used in the future. Therefore, Digital Twins are the starting point for an intellectual approach with respect to a product-, service- and branch point of view, which gets investigated with the Business Model Canvas.

Digital Twins for Innovative Service and Business Models is the title of his Master-Thesis, as he studied at the Leibniz University in Hanover.He absolved an education as industrial business management assistant, before he started to study.
