Digitization has attracted the attention of many researchers due to its contribution to the development of work systems and the development and growth of organizations. Digitization has also contributed to motivating individuals to achieve better performance on the one hand, and improve the effectiveness of the organization's performance on the other.Digitization is the process of transformation into digital formulation, and this requires a shift from traditional methods to electronic preservation systems. This requires identifying the methods that already exist and choosing what suits them with the nature of the environment in which the transformation takes place.Digitization has become necessary to solve many contemporary problems, the most important of which is the elimination of government red tape, the complexity of procedures, and the difficulty of retrieval and this is not commensurate with the orientation to e-government.
