Every society, as long as life is always moving, developing and changing. Likewise with a society that was previously agrarian to become an industry, the changes that occur in the region are social changes triggered by the conditions of traditional society, with a simple technological life, becoming an advanced society with various technological advances that provide various conveniences in every activity of people's lives. So, social change in community development is a form of change in a more advanced direction.

Mohammad Mulyadi ist Forschungsprofessor auf dem Gebiet der politischen Soziologie am Sachverständigenrat des Repräsentantenhauses der Republik Indonesien. Er hat mehr als 50 Arbeiten in Form von Büchern und wissenschaftlichen Zeitschriften veröffentlicht. Er ist auch als Dozent tätig und tritt häufig als Redner auf nationalen und internationalen Konferenzen auf.
