Disability in Ethiopia

The book looks at the situation of persons with disabilities in Ethiopia.It discusses about the prevalence, causes, and attitudes of society towards people with disabilities. It highlights the state of the art of indigenous and modern early intervention practices in the country, and reflects on its prospects. It further examines traditional , and modern early care and education in Ethiopia. Moreover, issues surrounding gender and disability, resilience and success,quality parenting are critically examined.
