Disagreeing with the STF's Jurisprudence on the Subject of Public Labour

The book critically analyses the jurisprudence of the STF (Supreme Federal Court), the highest court of the Brazilian Judiciary, on the subject of jurisdiction for processing and judging disputes involving work provided to public entities. In the end, the arguments demonstrate the incorrectness of that case law and the need to recognise the material jurisdiction of the Labour Court, broadly, for all actions arising from 'labour relations' lato sensu.
