Diversity within Ontario Health Correlation to Operational Performance

Diversity within Ontario Health examines the current members sitting on the Board of the Canadian Healthcare system and examines their qualifications; their education level, years of experience in healthcare, gender, and professional experience. This is then measured using a regression model against Ontario's Operational Performance looking at key indicators, such as; current wait times, treatment turnaround time, re-occurance of illness, and so forth.
