Documentation of Patient records by Physiotherapists at MGM

There is a vast literature available on importance of Quality of Documentation with the use of standard outcome measures in medical field. However, very less literature found on the assessment of quality of maintaining the physical records of patient's undergone physiotherapy. Therefore, to know the status of quality and degrees of accuracy of documentation of physiotherapy clinical records in MGM physiotherapy Rehabilitation and Fitness centre, this retrospective study is proposed using D-catch instrument/scale. This study will help and guide us to improve our various areas for chance of improvement while maintaining the records by the physiotherapists.
