Details

The ideas contained in this book seek to relate Seasonal Deciduous Forests (Dry Forests) to carbonate rocks in various regions of the world. Through literature review and field experience, the authors demonstrate that such phytophysiognomies are generally found in the interfluvial areas of the karst landscape, being important components of this geosystem. The authors present a proposal for the classification of Dry Forests using satellite images and free software in order to facilitate the dissemination of knowledge.
