Dry socket and its management

This book is about the condition which occurs after tooth extraction that is known as DRY SOCKET. Dry socket is a painful condition that can occur after tooth extraction. It happens when the blood clot that covers your wound becomes dislodged or doesn't fully form. Dry socket treatments include pain relievers and placing medicated gauze over the affected area. Dry sockets usually last about one week.
