Dutch and Mexican SMEs compared in terms of strategy
Details
Multiple Dutch companies have faced negative turnover rates due to a poor business climate. Saturated markets have forced companies to adjust their business strategies in order to survive. On the other hand, Mexico sees positive economic growth and the number of international companies that are willing to invest in Mexico is increasing. For this reason a comparative analysis is provided, which an insight into both economies. The reader will develop valuable insights into the understanding of strategic differences between SMEs in both countries. Both countries could benefit from the knowledge gained by the conduction of interviews, used for the completion of this book.
Autorentext
After gaining international experience in Scotland and Italy, Friso van den Broek decided to pursue an international career by studying International Business. He completed a Minor at the UP in Guadalajara, Mexico (2009) and did an internship for Heineken in Santiago, Chile (2011). In 2012 he received a Masters degree in Business Administration.
