The book provides a insight on the conglomeration of management strategy and vehicular adhoc networks which enables to provide a pact between mobility and QoS. Normally, QoS-based clustering methods ignore immense speed mobility constraints. The mobility-based aggregate method ignores Quality of Service requirements such as safety, emergency and interactive media services are a challenging process. To provide a prominent interpolation between the QoS and mobility constraints, a pact has been designed and developed using mobile agent technology namely Agent based Dynamic Analytic Hierarchy Process (ADAHP). The proposed system maintains the stability of the interconnections by ensuring QoS requirements. Usage of Agents with Analytical Hierarchy Process Methodology provides better feasibility, stability to a vigorous environment like vehicular ad hoc networks.
