The focus of this book is on new technologies in tourism industry and in particular on their implementation in user friendly and time saving booking procedures. This book has a dual objective - on the one hand, it shows what kind of features should be maintained by dynamic packaging portals on the Internet in order to be competitive and to keep high recommender and booking rates, and on the other hand, it explores the factors that have influence over users satisfaction with the use of dynamic packaging portals. It includes hints for travel agents and travel agencies, who want to go on the web , to be successful with the structure of their web sites and to reinforce some features more than others.
